THE HUMBOLDT RIVER HAS CRESTED AT COMUS AND THE RISE IS
CURRENTLY MOVING TOWARDS WINNEMUCCA.  STAGES AT COMUS AND 
POINTS ON THE MAINSTEM HUMBOLDT RIVER UPSTREAM FROM COMUS ARE 
EXPECTED TO RECEDE SLOWLY DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.
